At Rivers Edge Massage Therapy, we are committed to providing our clients with convenient access to our services. Direct billing to select extended health insurance companies is offered by all of our practitioners.
Important Information about Direct Billing:
- Direct billing is a courtesy provided to our patients, but it is not guaranteed to work every time we attempt to use it. In cases where direct billing is not successful, patients will be responsible for settling their outstanding balance.
- For questions regarding your specific plan coverage details, please contact your insurer directly. Even after you have signed up for direct billing with our clinic, we will not be able to access any information beyond what is covered for a specific treatment.

- Pacific Blue Cross
- Provider Connect: Greenshield, Empire Life
- Select Telus Health (please visit the Telus Health eClaims page to check if your insurance company is listed)
- Veterans Affairs (VAC) and RCMP
Please Note:
We are currently not accepting ICBC patients that require direct billing.
